supposed to start my marathon training today for the Marine Corps Marathon; I am thinking that I will take it easy this week and put in around 40-45 miles, before putting in around 60 the next two weeks and then coming down for a week while I am on vacation and then putting in a very solid 12 weeks of training. I am not really too concerned about this race as I have already qualified for Boston, but I want to make sure I get my weight back down to racing shape and get my fitness at an acceptable level |
